Pick up and Shipping Procedures 

Minimum orders are $100.00 net. 

Please make sure you advise of any changes to credit card, address, store hours, phone numbersemail address that are pertinent to your order to avoid delays 

Transport orders 

We consolidate your order so that shipping will be as economical as possible. 

Please contact us to see if you qualify for freight free shipping. 

Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of placing your orders or once your order is complete. 

48-hour notification is required for shipping

We consolidate your orders so pick up is as economical as possible. 

48-hour notification is required for pick up orders 

Please pick up your orders within a 1 week period once complete. 

Please call 1-800-265-3232 once you arrive at Dock #2 

No add-ons at time of pick up.

 Defective Claims 

Claims for defective or damaged items can be processed by filling out this form.  Click here.   

The total amount of your claim will be a credit to your account to be applied to future orders. 

We reserve the right to audit claims from time to time.   

Damaged Shipments 

Please email orders@ceramicarts.com with pictures of your damaged skid or shipment within 1 day of receiving your order. 

Please mark on the bill of lading “Damaged Shipment”.
